28th Anprotec Conference on Entrepreneurship and Innovation
This event (in Portuguese) will explore the reasons of the major growth that the agribusiness sector experienced in Brazil last year.
The application of new technologies to agriculture (such as biotech, new cultivars, transgenic technology, geocoding, or distributed logistics technologies) was one the main reasons for this expansion.
These advances have proved to be a central role in the competitiveness of Brazilian agribusiness sector. This means that they represent a great opportunity for startups and entrepreneurs around the world to improve their production and benefits.
In this sense, solutions in Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, monitoring and tracking sensors allow the rural producer a greater control of its production and, at the same time, meet the demand of increasingly demanding consumers, providing them with basic information about the origin of products and animal husbandry history, for example. In addition, this greater control of production also unfolds in reduction of impacts to the environment and in efficiency in the management of resources.
Given this scenario, attending the 28th Anprotec Conference is an opportunity for business incubators, technology parks, accelerators, coworkers, teaching and research institutions and startups to explore the potential of the agribusiness innovation.
