Notes:

Drive Sweden Forum will be held online on the 9th of September. This exciting event will dive deeper into the developments within future mobility around the world, with speakers from Asia, Europe and the US. You will get the chance to hear international takes on the services and products of tomorrow, insights from Drive Sweden partners and projects and what is needed in order to keep pushing the boundaries.

Since we cannot meet face-to-face this time, we take the opportunity to connect with our partners and friends around the globe. You will get live presentations from Singapore, Europe and Silicon Valley, with discussions connecting our different continents.

The day will be divided into three separate parts, focusing on the geographic areas and different themes.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Wee Shann Lam, Chief Innovation & Technology Officer at the Land Transport Authority in Singapore, who will give an update on the development of smart, sustainable mobility in the country.
  • Emily Eros Public Sector Tech Lead at Open Transport Partnership & SharedStreets, who will present how the NGO SharedStreets in collaboration with cities and companies in North America are pushing digitalization of the curb through standardization and collaboration.
  • Tom Alkim, Policy Officer Connected & Automated Driving at the European Commission, Directorate General Research & Innovation, who discuss opportunities and challenges within future mobility from an EC perspective.
