The EBN Congress 2027 will take place in Portugal from 23 to 25 June 2027, bringing together EU|BIC members, innovation professionals and ecosystem builders from across Europe and beyond.
The event will be co-organised by EBN and two certified Portuguese EU|BICs, Instituto Pedro Nunes and Startup Leiria, both with strong links to the country’s innovation landscape.
The congress will explore the theme “Dual-Use Innovation: Accelerating Ecosystems for Securing the Future”, with further information about the programme to be announced soon.
