Notes:

Q-Con 2026 is an international, business-focused conference on quantum technologies supported by the Gdansk Science and Technology Park and the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. Q-Con 2026 will be the third edition of the conference. Last year's edition was the largest business-oriented quantum technologies conference in Central and Eastern Europe, bringing together around 200 participants, with more than 450 attendees across the conference and its accompanying events.

This year's theme is "Quantum, Applied. Value, Delivered." The goal is to focus on real-world progress and practical outcomes across four key tracks:

  • Quantum Cybersecurity and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)
  • FinTech Applications
  • Dual-use and Critical Infrastructure
  • Quantum for Space

Beyond the main conference, Q-Con is accompanied by a broader programme of side events in Gdansk designed to connect research, startups, industry, and the public sector. These include:

  • Q-Camp, a two-week, in-person international quantum summer school (31 August to 10 September)
  • Swiss-Polish Quantum Day, strengthening collaboration between Polish and Swiss quantum ecosystems
  • Quantum and Space startup meetup
  • 48-hour hackathon combining quantum, space, AI, and robotics (11 to 13 September)
  • Local Quantum AI breakfast focused on hybrid quantum-classical approaches
  • Additional community activities, including webinars and meetups developed with ecosystem partners

The conference provides an opportunity to deepen collaboration across innovation communities in the Baltic and CEE, particularly around emerging technologies.
