Swedish Innovation Summit 2027

The Swedish Innovation Summit 2027, also known as Sveriges Innovationsriksdag – SIR27, will take place in Karlstad from 21 to 23 September 2027.

Organised by SISP and Karlstad Innovation Park, the summit will bring together representatives from science parks, incubators, innovative companies, public policy and other organisations involved in Sweden’s innovation ecosystem, creating a national forum for exchange and collaboration.

Under the theme “Sweden’s strengths in a changing world”, the 2027 edition will examine a changing global landscape, where regions are accelerating, power dynamics are shifting and new opportunities are emerging. Discussions will consider how regional innovation environments can contribute to competitiveness, collaboration and sustainable development.
