The Path of Zhongguancun in Building an Excellence Innovation Space

This paper begins with an understanding of international, high-quality science parks and case studies. It summarizes four core elements for constructing world-class parks. Meanwhile, it deeply examines the challenges and issues faced by China’s science parks, represented by Zhongguancun. By integrating the practical experiences of ZGC Group in areas such as innovation sources, industrial clusters and innovation services, innovation ecosystems and resource sharing, and innovation spaces and park operations, the paper addresses these core issues.
