Hangzhou Normal University National University Science Park

Hangzhou Normal University National University Science Park is located on the Cang Qian new campus of Hangzhou Normal University. With a total investment of 400 million yuan, an area of ​​49 acres, and a construction area of ​​100,000 square meters, the park integrates education, research and production and serves as a supporting platform and service base for transferring the university’s research achievements, incubating high-tech enterprises, and training talents capable of innovation and entrepreneurship. Among the first group of research institutions located at the park are the research academy of remote sensing and earth sciences, the laboratory of organosilicon chemistry and material technology, the research center of biomedicine and health, and the institute of sustainability.

The park has a digital and intelligent online management system for large-scale instruments of Hangzhou Normal University. It provides strong technical support for technology companies in the region and has become key for docking with the local economy and promoting industry-university-research cooperation.  More than 230 companies are currently located in the park, and a total of more than 500 technology companies have been incubated.
