JOIST Innovation Park in Larissa is a standout example of adaptive reuse, transforming a historic industrial site into a modern, sustainable innovation ecosystem. Covering 175,000 m², the park blends industrial-inspired design with vibrant communal spaces, centered around a large atrium-like square.

More than just a workspace, JOIST offers a wide range of multifunctional services—including coworking hot desks, private and virtual offices, tax residences, and fully equipped meeting/training rooms.
