The Singapore Science Park is home to more than 300 multinationals, local companies and national institutions, its landscaped grounds create an ideal working environment for modern hi-tech businesses involved in R&D and innovation employing over 10,000 people.

The park offers retail and recreational amenities, business support and networking opportunities alongside quality business space and is ideal for IT & ITES, bioinformatics, software development, telecommunications, and electronics. Situated along Singapore’s Technology Corridor, the park is located on two sites linked by a shuttle bus.

The second site is in close proximity to the National University of Singapore, the National University Hospital, Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise, various public research institutions and Singapore’s technology start-up community. It offers buildings by renowned architect Kenzo Tange, and R&D facilities from chemicals and life sciences to software development and IT companies. Units are equipped with dedicated exhaust duct space, chilled water and floor trap provisions.

Leveraging on the proximity to the National University of Singapore (NUS), the park is developing a Deep Technology Hub to focus on catalysing industry-academia collaborations in the fields of Connected Devices, Future Health and Environmental Solutions and develop the Singapore Science Park as the base for corporate innovation. The collaboration also focuses on building deep technology hardware-focused innovations by facilitating prototyping and enabling commercialisation.

It also runs the “Park of the Future" Innovation Programme, which uses open innovation methodologies to discover innovative startups to solve the challenges faced by the real estate industry.
