INCUBA

INCUBA is a science park and innovation community based in Aarhus, Denmark, supporting knowledge-intensive startups, spinouts, scaleups, and established technology companies. It operates across three main hubs: Katrinebjerg, Navitas, and Skejby, with a focus on IT/technology, cleantech and energy, and life sciences, health and biotechnology.

The park currently brings together around 175 companies and more than 1,800 employees, researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, and specialists. Its facilities include flexible offices, laboratories, meeting and event spaces, shared areas, catering, and other workplace services.

INCUBA supports companies through mentoring, business sparring, investor and industry connections, matchmaking, networking events, access to research and university expertise, and connections to capital. It also runs INCUBA Next Level, a 12-month accelerator programme for selected startups, providing targeted guidance, knowledge, collaboration opportunities, and access to relevant networks.

The organisation has strong links with Aarhus University and the wider Danish innovation ecosystem, helping companies access researchers, students, specialised knowledge, investors, and industry partners.
