Background information
INCUBA Ltd is an organisation that aims to support innovation in Aarhus, Denmark. The acronym INCUBA stands for Innovation Network Centre for University and Businesses of Aarhus. INCUBA supports firms and organisations in the development sector through the creation and operation of value adding environments. The Innovation Network Centre for University and Businesses of Aarhus also works and collaborates alongside Aarhus University, Aarhus University Hospital and several other knowledge-intensive institutions and companies. INCUBA is at the forefront of innovation practises, and is a must have contact for all professional organisations that aim to pursue the best practises in their field as well as the strongest environment for developing companies such as startups SMEs etc. INCUBA aims to be an essential link between research, education and business. The Innovation Network Centre for University and Businesses of Aarhus was originally created as the result of a merger deal between three former research institutions in 2007 and has been at the forefront of consultancy and fundraising activities for research institutions and companies ever since.
