Grifols will partner with the FDA and other U.S. public health agencies to collect convalescent plasma from patients recovered from COVID-19. The company will produce hyperimmune globulin from this plasma and collaborate with public health agencies on the preclinical and clinical studies needed to determine the effectiveness of the treatment.
