Support of the development of the OXAGON innovation ecosystem, Saudi Arabia

The project involved:

• Examining benchmarks and case studies for strategic positioning, defining tenant and partner profiles and determining their value within the Ecosystem.
• Assisting in creating a diverse set of potential tenants and partners, outlining criteria for quality and establishing lead sources to feed the tenant pipeline.
• Helping define governance principles for the Ecosystem, along with an organizational structure aligned to these principles.
• Providing tools for each step of the tenant and partner attraction process, and for managing relationships with external partners.
• Defining roles in the attraction process, including high-level and detailed process maps, and establishing key performance indicators for success.
• Creating a strategy to guide the Ecosystem's growth and ensure effective tenant and partner engagement, with an emphasis on adaptability to different industries and regions.
