National Science & Technology Park (NSTP), recently welcomed a new cohort of startups selected through its 24th Selection Board. Orientation Day served as a formal introduction to NSTP innovation-focused environment and marked the beginning of their journey within the NUST ecosystem.
The day began with an overview of NSTP’s facilities and support structures, including research labs, development spaces, and student innovation networks. The session also highlighted NSTP connection with NUST, offering startups access to academic resources and opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration. Participants took part in pitch rounds, speed networking, and guided tours to better understand the ecosystem and available resources. Startups also met with NSTP leadership and partner organizations to learn about operational processes and avenues for engagement.
The day concluded with an informal segment that included a bowling match, giving the founders a chance to interact and build connections in a more relaxed setting. Orientation Day helped the cohort gain a clear understanding of how NSTP functions and laid the foundation for their integration into the broader innovation ecosystem at NUST.
