Yunchuang Incubator

Shenzhen Fuyong Yunchuang Incubator based in the Bao'an District of Fuyong, has approximately 13,000 m2 of operating space. It supports technology startups and innovation-driven companies through incubation, investment, business consulting, financing, technology transfer, commercialization support, industry connections, and government policy assistance. Its focus areas include artificial intelligence, new energy, new materials, and biomedicine.

Yunchuang has established long-term industry–university–research partnerships with Shenzhen University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Tsinghua University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Shenzhen Technology University, focusing on research commercialization, startup incubation, talent development, and innovation events.

The team has served nearly 10,000 enterprises, incubated more than 300 companies, and organized over 200 innovation and entrepreneurship activities. Its investment and financing model provides companies with support from business model and financing planning through investment and subsequent growth, including access to industrial resources, qualification applications, and follow-on financing. The incubator has an occupancy rate of 98% and a project mortality rate below 5%, while more than RMB 200 million in financing has been raised for companies over the past two years. Its technology finance ecosystem accounts for over 60% of service revenue.
