CEVI

Centre d’Entrepreneuriat et de Valorisation des Innovations de la Côte-Nord (CEVI) is an entrepreneurship and innovation centre located at Cégep de Sept-Îles in Québec, Canada. It supports entrepreneurs, startups, research teams, and businesses in developing and commercialising innovative solutions and currently has 3 resident companies.

CEVI provides incubation and acceleration activities, helping ventures develop their projects, strengthen business models, access expertise, and move toward commercialisation and growth. It also supports research teams and startups with technology transfer, intellectual property and legal protection, commercialisation processes, and partnership development.

Its activities cover a range of technology and industrial sectors, including connectivity and networks, electronic circuits, electrical engineering, hydrogen-based energy, renewable energy, marine environments, land transportation technologies, robotics and industrial automation, and maintenance and security.

CEVI works with innovation partners such as Centech and 2 Degrés in Montréal, as well as Axelys, Québec’s innovation and commercialisation organization. These partnerships provide access to additional expertise, networks, and commercialisation opportunities, helping connect Côte-Nord innovators with the wider Québec innovation ecosystem.
