One of the largest innovation communities in Lithuania, Kaunas Science and Technology Park, is changing its name!

The park – a long-standing member of IASP – will now be known as Tech-Park Kaunas. "The startup ecosystem is very dynamic - markets, trends and business models are changing, and we must change too - to stay ahead of the curve and navigate companies through the challenges," says Paulius Nezabitauskas, the head of Tech-Park Kaunas.

In addition to the name change, a new business incubation programme has been created, focusing on the development of individual startups in smart city, medtech, space tech and green tech development.

"What makes the programme unique is that we offer companies personalised support from business facilitators and mentors, new business and product development programmes to help them accelerate innovation," says Paulius Nezabitauskas.

Tech-Park Kaunas brings together more than 100 technology companies and startups. The community focuses on university researchers that conduct R&D and seek to commercialise it. In this way, the Park becomes a platform for networking and establishing business relationships with Lithuanian and international businesses, both from local entrepreneurs, founders and university spin-offs.
