In January, we asked members about their experience of selecting software designed specifically to manage park operations.

We had a great response rate this month. 29% of parks told us they use a commercial system; 16% had previously looked at systems, but didn't buy one; and 23% created their own. 13% had never looked for a system; 6% couldn't find one; and 12% weren't aware that such software existed.
