Question of the month: strategic plans

This month we asked if you have a strategic plan in your organisation.

The majority of our respondents (77%) replied that yes, they do have a strategic plan. More specifically, out of the total number of the responses, 33% are able to share this strategy, while the rest 44% stated that they could not.

23% told us that they do not have a specific strategic plan. 

As our Board of Directors is now engaged in deep discussions - lead by our International President Josep Piqué - to formulate the new global strategy of our organisation, this Question of the Month was particularly relevant for us. We will now contact those members who have a specific strategic plan and are willing to share it, so we can incorporate your experiences and ideas.
