Wadi Jeddah inaugurates its Innovation Business District in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

The new Wadi Jeddah Innovation and Business District (IBD) officially launched with an inauguration ceremony in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ceremony marked an important milestone for IASP member, Wadi Jeddah, contributing to the objectives of supporting local innovation and cross sector collaboration. 

The new districts aim to foster innovation and entrepreneurship by bringing together government entities, private sector organisations, academic institutions, startups, and ecosystem partners within a collaborative environment. 

At the heart of the district is the Wadi Jeddah Innovation Hub, which was designed to support entrepreneurs and high-growth ventures through access to space, resources, partnerships and innovation driven programs. 

The Innovation & Business District represents a strategic platform for cross sector collaboration and knowledge exchange, contributing to Jeddah’s evolving innovation ecosystem and supporting the country’s broader economic transformation.
