Description:
Science and technology parks play a pivotal role in driving scientific research and innovation within knowledge-based economies (Harandi et al., 2022). They serve as vital platforms for facilitating knowledge exchange between academia and industry, and facilitating the commercialization of university research findings (Nasr & HajHossieni, 2018). Meanwhile, early education and research hold significant importance. Iran has established student research institutes under the Ministry of Education's guidance to cultivate a culture of inquiry and research, aiding youth in skill development. These institutes offer young individuals opportunities to engage in scientific research and knowledge exploration from an early age. There remains a gap in connectivity between High school student research centers and science and technology parks in Iran. This disparity represents a missed opportunity for students and intellectuals, hindering potential educational, experiential, and collaborative opportunities among the country's young talent. This research aims to investigate this gap through bibliographic studies in Iran.
