Poznan Science and Technology Park has launched GREENSTRAT, a new project funded by Poland’s National Centre for Research and Development. The initiative responds to the growing need for systemic support for eco-innovation and better integration into climate, economic and innovation policies across Poland.

The initiative will develop a set of digital, institutional, and regulatory tools that will help identify, assess, and implement solutions supporting the green transition. One of the key outcomes will be the EKO Administrative Hub model, a prototype organisational structure designed to support the development and implementation of environmental innovations in public administrations.

GREENSTRAT will also deliver a range of practical results, including an eco-innovation assessment dashboard, decision-making matrices, public policy recommendations, implementation guidelines, and educational materials for public institutions. These tools will be tested in conditions similar to real administrative practice, in cooperation with the Ministry of Climate and Environment.

The project is led by Poznan Science and Technology Park in partnership with the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Ministry of Climate and Environment, bringing together expertise in eco-innovation, law, public policy, economics, communication and artificial intelligence.

Designed with scalability in mind, GREENSTRAT aims to support public administration at different levels, innovation institutions and green technologies creators of across Poland, while contributing to broader sustainability and innovation goals.
