IASP members Norrköping Science Park (Sweden) and Tartu Science Park (Estonia) have successfully concluded the Scaleup Launchpad programme, a cross-border initiative delivered in collaboration with regional partner Business Tampere. The project supported innovative companies across the Central Baltic region, with 21 participants now taking concrete steps toward international expansion and scaleup readiness.

Delivered in two intensive rounds, Scaleup Launchpad combined joint workshops, peer-to-peer learning and practical business support across study visits in Norrköping, Tampere and Tartu. The initiative focused on the key barriers early scaleups face when entering new markets, including strategy, financial readiness, talent development and go-to-market planning. The programme successfully blending local expertise with regional market exposure.

Participants reported clear and measurable progress. Several companies expanded their teams, secured first cross-border customers within the Central Baltic region, refined service design and adapted their business models to strengthen competitiveness. The initiative is also feeding into further international activities, with many participants expressing interest in export initiatives and network-based opportunities.

At IASP, we always value seeing how collaborations between members translate into practical support for companies and stronger international ecosystems.
