1st China-CEEC Conference on Technology Cooperation and Exchange

The Chinese city of Nanjing recently held the 1st China-CEEC (Central and Eastern European Countries) Conference on Technology Cooperation and Exchange, with the participation of IASP members from CEE countries. Organised with the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology of People’s Republic of China and the Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province, the live broadcast of the event attracted over 26,0000 viewers worldwide.

Under the principle of promoting partnership of entities in technology and innovation between China and CEECs, the conference focused on integrating innovation resources and accelerating technology transfer.

Tang Hao, General Manager of TusPark (Jiangsu) Innovation Research Institute had exchanges with representatives from universities, R&D institutes, high-tech enterprises and technology transfer agencies. Moreover, the conference officially announced TusPark (Jiangsu) Innovation Research Institute as the first batch of China-CEEC Technology Transfer Center collaborative partners.

With the support of IASP, TusPark (Jiangsu) Innovation Research Institute also invited science parks from CEE countries to communicate visions related to technology cooperation with their peers from China and other CEE countries.

Going forward, TusPark (Jiangsu) will fulfill its responsibilities as IASP China Office Working Station (Jiangsu), continue to respond to the needs of IASP members, offer IASP members more opportunities to engage in Chinese exchanges, and enhance interaction and cooperation among science parks.
