Objectives

The MobiNexus project aims to accelerate the transition towards sustainable and smart mobility across Europe by strengthening collaboration between industry, academia, and innovation ecosystems.

As road transport accounts for 20% of total GHG emissions, the Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy (SSMS) has set the ambitious goal of a 90% reduction in transport-related greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.Through strategic partnerships and knowledge exchange, the project supports the development and deployment of innovative mobility solutions, promotes goal-oriented policy alignment, and fosters greener, more connected urban transport systems. MobiNexus seeks to position mobility actors at the forefront of Europe’s digital and green transitions, unlocking new opportunities for sustainable growth and technological leadership.
