Creating a favourable environment for the promotion of innovation at the local level. The experience of Constituyentes Technopole (PTC), Argentina

The main reason of this report is to explain the way in which the relationship between the scientific capacities, the new industrial needs and the urgent social demands in certain contexts can be strengthened. We refer to Latin-America in general and to Argentina in particular.It shows the way in which the Constituyentes Technopole has organized its own answer to this challenge. Such answer develops a series of new kinds of links with the principal actors of our community, articulations which have as a final purpose the creation of a favourable environment for the cooperation and joint work between institutions.
