It is crucial for the future of STPs to tackle arising opportunities concerning strategy and infrastructure as well as evolving services for tenants in time. This paper emphasizes the opportunities of growth and sustainability for STPs throughout the example of Lakeside Park, Austria, with expected significant benefits for the next generation as well as for STPs, tenants and the region.
