ICT is a key sector in many science parks and areas of innovation around the world, some of whom operate with a clear focus on this strategic sector. The purpose of this subnetwork is to help these members to connect at a global level, share expertise in how they support their ICT companies, and to enable joint activities and international collaboration among member STPs/AOIs, as well as creating new business opportunities for their companies.

The group and its activities are coordinated by Mr Hao Tang of Jiangsu Tuspark Innovation Research Institute (China), whose initiative it is.
