Background information

Płock Industrial and Technological Park (PPPT) is an investment area established in 2004 to create attractive conditions for the development of entrepreneurship, stimulate the expansion of knowledge and science, create innovations and business benefits, striving to generate a positive climate in Płock supporting acceleration and start-ups.

Thanks to cooperation with universities, research institutes, entrepreneurs, public administration and international organizations, the Park creates a strong cooperation network and supports and initiates R&D activities. PPP-T is included in the area of ​​operation of the Lodz Special Economic Zone. As a business environment institution, PPPT provides their partners and investors with a whole range of business support, training, information, consulting, pro-innovation and financial services.

Its mission is to support regional development by providing attractive office infrastructure, high-quality training, consulting and creating a platform for establishing cooperation for companies and startups with domestic and foreign partners. The park offers a comprehensive package of services for the development of entrepreneurship, such as advisory, training, information, business support and pro-innovation services. One key programme is the “Start in Park” Acceleration programme which provides training, mentoring and advisory support to current or prospective entrepreneurs from the Subregion of Płock. This project enables participants to develop their business ideas and boost their effectiveness at creating and introducing new services or products to the market.

Among its collaborators are leading Polish universities, including Warsaw University of Technology, University of Warsaw, University of Warsaw Biological and Chemical Research Centre, Siedlce University of Natural Sciences and Humanities, Pawel Wlodkowic University College in Płock; research institutes such as the Industrial Chemistry Research Institute, National Centre for Nuclear Research, Institute of Industrial Organic Chemistry, Institute of Industrial Design, and the Institute of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology.
