Durana Tech Park

Spanning 26 hectares, Durana Tech Park is organised into three distinct yet closely connected zones, with construction slated to begin by the end of 2025. The park is envisioned as a regional powerhouse linking domestic innovation with international tech markets, supporting advanced sectors such as AI, robotics, big data, cloud computing, and sustainable energy.

Designed as a dynamic ecosystem, it will bring together startups, established tech firms, universities, and digital nomads, fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth. The project is expected to generate over 5,000 high-skilled jobs, primarily targeting young, tech-savvy professionals with competitive salaries.

Over the next two decades, Durana Tech Park is projected to contribute more than €3.5 billion in tech exports and over €500 million in public revenue through taxes and indirect economic impact.

Academic collaboration is a cornerstone of the park’s vision. Italian universities and other international institutions are in talks to establish satellite campuses and research centers on-site. The park will also host regular hackathons, workshops, and internship programs in partnership with universities in Tirana and Durrës -Albania’s leading hubs of higher education.
