A delegation from Thailand’s Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), composed of representatives from several institutions including IASP member Prince of Songkla University Science Park, recently visited TusPark in Beijing, China. The delegation was formally received by Yang Ming, President of TusHoldings and Director of the IASP China Office. 

The visit provided an opportunity for in-depth exchanges on potential areas of international collaboration between Thailand and China within the science park and innovation ecosystem. During the meeting, Yang Ming shared TusHoldings' development history, operational model and practical experience, and shared insights into a range of international cooperation models, with particular focus on the “Twin Park in Two Countries” initiative. 

In the discussions, Yang Ming highlighted Prince of Songkla University’s strengths and experience in hotel and tourism management, noting their relevance to emerging innovation-led development projects. Building on these strengths, he proposed a potential cooperation project, combining expertise in tourism management, technology application and operational innovation. 

The proposal was met with strong interest from the representatives of Prince of Songkla University, who expressed their willingness to further explore cooperation opportunities. Both sides agreed on the value of continued dialogue and expressed their intention to advance the collaboration through follow-up discussions and exchanges.
