ICT4ALL 2013

"ICT4ALL 2013" is considered worldwide as one of the largest annual gatherings of ICT community in service of development. This event aims at reducing the digital gap between the North and the South and ensuring the conditions for the exercise of the right of citizens for more effective access to internet by exploiting the potential of Information Technologies (ICT). The international debate today revolves around the urgent need to engage the various stakeholders in the issues raised by and Communication Information Technologies (ICT) through a structured and inclusive approach at the national, regional and international levels.
