IASP Nairobi Steering Committee prepares for 41st World Conference

The IASP Nairobi Steering Committee convened recently to finalise the content for this September’s world conference. The committee expressed enthusiasm over the high quality of paper submissions received, signalling a promising and insightful event ahead.

During the virtual meeting, the committee members praised the diversity and depth of the proposals, which reflect the pressing challenges and innovative solutions in the industry today. The 41st IASP World Conference, themed “Demographics, Entrepreneurship, and Technology: Defining the Frontiers of Future Economies,” will take place in Nairobi, Kenya, from 24-27 September 2024.

This theme is particularly significant as the conference returns to Africa for the first time since 2008, focusing on how science parks and areas of innovation can empower regions to leverage their youth demographics, entrepreneurship, and technology for economic growth, while also addressing the challenges of an ageing global population.
