ZGC Group Science and Technology Park, China

Located in the heart of Zhongguancun, Haidian District - Beijing, the Zhongguancun Development Group Science and Technology Park serves as a flagship sci-tech innovation service hub established by the Beijing Municipal Government. Spanning 33,599 m2, the Park is home to 29 dynamic, high-growth enterprises and has cultivated a full-chain innovation ecosystem that integrates science and technology finance, capital management, international collaboration, and green technology.

The Park actively nurtures cutting-edge sectors such as environmental technology R&D, cross-border incubation (their incubator currently has 82 incubatees), and digital innovation. Through deep integration with leading financial institutions and strategic partnerships with global platforms, the Park has built a three-dimensional innovation framework of "capital empowerment + technology transformation + global connection." This forward-looking model continues to fuel the advancement of Beijing’s high-end industries, particularly in artificial intelligence and biomedicine.

Zhongguancun Dongsheng Science and Technology Park, China

Located in Beijing’s Haidian District, Zhongguancun Dongsheng Science and Technology Park’s total area spans approximately 127,800 m², and it currently hosts 50 companies.

The park is a remarkable example of how urban transformation, strategic innovation systems, and global collaboration can converge to create a thriving, future-facing tech ecosystem. It aims to build a world window for China's innovation frontiers, a gathering place for scientists at home and abroad, and a global service platform for scientific research and technology transfer. It gathers cutting-edge industries such as big data, life science, and artificial intelligence, striving to become a Chinese benchmark for world-leading science and technology parks.

We're excited to welcome these new peers to our global network as we continue to build stronger ties between innovation spaces around the world and continue with our mission to foster growth and international collaboration within our community.

JOIST Innovation Park, Greece

JOIST Innovation Park in Larissa, Greece is a standout example of adaptive re-use, transforming a historic industrial site into a modern, sustainable innovation ecosystem. Covering 175,000 m², the park blends industrial-inspired design with vibrant communal spaces, centered around a large atrium-like square.

JOIST offers a wide range of multifunctional services - including coworking hot desks, private and virtual offices, tax residences, and fully equipped meeting/training rooms. Its 158 m² coworking area hosts 36 workstations alongside amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, lounge areas, a Skype room, and reception support. JOIST fosters a dynamic, inclusive “phygital” community where startups, researchers, students, and organizations come together to collaborate, innovate, and grow. It regularly hosts events, from workshops and exhibitions to hybrid conferences, while also contributing to European initiatives like URBACT’s In4Green, promoting green entrepreneurship and circular economy practices.

Home to 129 companies and with international outreach already extending to India, JOIST is evolving into a global hub for innovation, creativity, and sustainable growth.

Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Vietnam

Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP) is a strategic economic-technical zone in Ho Chi Minh City, China designed to foster high-tech industry development through foreign investment and domestic innovation. It integrates production, R&D, technology transfer, and human resource training to support Vietnam’s broader goals of industrialisation and modernisation.

SHTP is home to global tech leaders such as Intel and Samsung, and prominent Vietnamese firms like FPT and Nanogen, operating across four key sectors: microelectronics–IT–telecommunications, precision mechanics & automation, biotechnology and new energy–materials–nanotechnology.

SHTP emphasizes academic-industry collaboration, partnering with institutions like Ho Chi Minh City National University and supporting initiatives like HEEAP with Intel. It fosters innovation through R&D, patent registration, and development of supporting industries to increase localisation. Its incubation center has supported 137 startup projects, with notable successes like Gremsy, Vexere, Vsmartek, Ewater Engineering, and Dat Bike. Current incubatees include projects in drones, IoT platforms, agricultural traceability, and green energy storage.
