New AI park in Beijing

Zhongguancun Development Group has made a forward-looking layout, collaborating with Mentougou District Government to co-create the Zhongguancun (Western Beijing) AI Science Park. Is is a professional AI park(Phase Ⅰ) with a planned area of 170,000 square meters taking shape in western Beijing. Over 100 AI-related upstream and downstream enterprises will gather here, with an estimated output value exceeding 10 billion yuan. It meets diverse and cutting-edge space needs for R&D-type (industry-in-building), headquarters-type (stand-alone building), leading enterprises, and tech-innovation enterprises, covering office, research, and small-scale trial production functions. It is located within the half-hour economic circle of the capital, covering healthcare, education, talent housing, shopping centers, high-end residences, and other one-stop high-quality living amenities.

Integrating with the business system of Zhongguancun Development Group, Zhongguancun (Western Beijing) AI Science Park is dedicated to building element platforms: industry funds, brand summits, talent cultivation, market expansion—a five-fold industrial service system, the park is providing comprehensive support for enterprises. The park is creating Beijing’s first independently innovated AI computing power cluster, aggregating computing power at the thousand-P level, to deliver inclusive and efficient services for enterprises. In partnership with Mentougou District Government a 1 billion yuan AI industry fund has been established. It will rely on the “Ten AI Talent Policies”, setting up the Western Beijing AI Industry Training Base. It will hold industry summits and competition forums, connecting industry resources, fostering specialized and innovative enterprises and exploring the trillion-yuan AI market together.
