Addressing the challenges underlying megatrends requires fundamental transformation and coordinated, collective efforts from heterogeneous knowledge holders, including innovators from startups, academia, corporations, governments, and civil society.
This collaboration challenges all respective organisations to attract and retain talented innovators. However, the increasing complexity of these global challenges requires mobilising workforce diversity, which calls for a comprehensive understanding of diversity and a sustainable support system for creative and inclusive engagement. In addition, positive social and environmental impact by employers is increasingly essential to motivate the future generation of talent.
For STP and AOI management, this creates new responsibilities and potential for future services and approaches for their tenants and ecosystems. For STP Adlershof management, this has led to an upgrade of the primary principles in designing the future-proof innovation support system: Impact-driven, challenge-oriented, and talent-centred.
