Description:
Human resource development planning is traditionally a hands-on process, because it is thought that choosing a suitable solution for development has been influenced by many factors. This system is a developed model that allows this process to be done systematically. The main stage of the planning process is to decide about choosing a development model. This system has been implemented to over 200,000 people in Iran and has received
approvals from competent authorities and top experts in the field of hierarchical analysis and human capital management. The results of the assessment have been evaluated after three years and confirmation of the increased effectiveness of the relevant organ has been received.
