Exploring the impact of INNO:14 acceleration centre on entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology development

This study explains how the supports provided by the INNO:14 Acceleration Center to entrepreneurs contribute to innovation and technology development in entrepreneurship. Technoparks serve as crucial enablers for fostering creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial culture. While numerous practices are implemented to sustain this entrepreneurial methos, mere capacity-building and training initiatives are insufficient to continually enhance this culture. At this point, Ostim Technopark has focused on solving this problem and creating the INNO:14, which supports the needs of entrepreneurs. INNO:14 provides mentoring, training, and networking events with its members' marketing, business development, network, and market needs. The Scale Sprint program focuses on scaling, addressing various subjects with a 4-to-6-week analysis period for each issue. These programs provide support tailored to the current needs of entrepreneurs. By following, visiting, and talking to entrepreneurs frequently, INNO:14 provides the necessary environment and resources to come together and bring innovative ideas to life.
