Tecnosinos Talents Program: qualifying and connecting young students with technology-based companies at Tecnosinos Tech Park

This article aims to present the Tecnosinos Talents Program, training and qualifying human resources, encouraging and fostering the knowledge and development of students to work along with the Park’s companies. In the short and medium term, the Program intent to provide a technical training for a

sufficient number of workers, meeting a set of demands for professional qualification already requested by Tecnosinos Tech Park companies. In addition to promoting the convergence between the demand for workers and the potential talents from schools, the program also gives students the possibility of a new look under their technological career opportunities.
