FoodTech 2026, the 6th International Congress on Food Technology, Quality and Safety, will take place 27–29 October 2026 in Novi Sad (Serbia), coinciding with the 20th anniversary of FINS.
The congress brings together researchers, innovators, industry leaders and decision-makers around a shared goal: the development of sustainable, safe, and consumer-driven food systems.
