Description:

Against the backdrop of the accelerated transformation of the global innovation economy, science and technology parks, as core incubators of innovation ecosystems, urgently require a shift in spatial organization from traditional functionalist paradigms to new spatial forms that accommodate the clustering of innovation elements. Addressing critical issues such as the disconnect between industry demand and spatial supply and inefficient resource allocation in current high-tech parks, this study proposes a theoretical framework of "Industry-Space Synergistic Design." By integrating theories of collaborative development and systemic strategies, the research constructs a "Six Refinements" full-cycle design strategy system encompassing industrial consulting, product planning, spatial configurability, image building, cost control, and operational services. This system effectively aligns the resource allocation logic driven by technological iteration with spatial supply. Using the design practice of Beijing’s ZGC Jingxi AI Technology Park as a case study, the application of the industry-space Synergistic framework and the “Six Refinements” strategy demonstrates a comprehensive implementation of the "Industry → Construction → Operation" life-cycle design process, significantly enhancing the park’s specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, and sustainability. This study aims to provide an innovative systematic design pathway for global science and technology parks to support their sustainable development in the era of the innovation economy.
