Simbiopark: Design of Digital Tools for the Creation of Symbiotic Environments

SIMBIOPARK is a project carried out in a consortium with the aim of designing and testing a methodology that helps to develop industrial symbiosis projects in technology parks and industrial environments. Symbiosis is the name given to the application of the circular economy concept to industrial environments, in this Project we identify the material, water and energy cycles between the companies located in the parks, as well as their optimization and monitoring.The general objective of the project is: Contribute to the transition towards the Circular Economy by applying the concept of Industrial Symbiosis based on the development of digital tools that facilitate the identification of material, water and energy cycles in technology parks and industrial environments
