The results show that being international was of great importance to the majority, with 82% of the respondees marking that this was 'extremely important' (43%) or 'very important' (39%). This shows that although local or national activities still may play a part in general plans for STPs/AOIs, having an international platform at your fingertips is of great use. STP/AOI managers state that they frequently engage on a global level and value new ideas and perspectives, participating in events and knowledge sharing with global peers.
