Jorge Ramón Arosemena Román is currently the executive president of the City of Knowledge Foundation. He studied Civil Engineering at the University of Panama and obtained a Classical Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and a Master's Degree in Sociology, both at Saint Louis University, United States.
