Istt Programs For Promoting The Youth Entrepreneurship Ecosystem In Ira

One of the challenges in the universities today is that the university graduates have just focused on learning the subject related to their fields of specialty and they are very good graduates in terms of getting high scores in these lessons. However, when it comes to business and entering the market activities, they don't know what to do and how to work. They face challenges in work and business after graduation.    

The universities and higher education institutes are responsible for knowledge production, training the specialized human resource, technology development, innovation and creativity. On the other hand, to achieve sustainable development, the societies need to utilize the new knowledge and advanced technologies. Therefore, the universities should nurture students in a way to be able to use new technologies and accept responsibilities in their societies. There are challenges in this way that need to be dealt with and there are innovation ecosystems including STPs that can be effective in overcoming this challenge. The author in this paper intends to elaborate briefly on some of the activities that are performed by ISTT to promote entrepreneurship concept among the university students and graduates and to help entrepreneurship ecosystem of the community.
