Using Large Language Models And Design Sprints To Build Ai Prototypes In Ten Day

Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects have so far eluded the principles of user-centric, iterative innovation methods. The initial cost of training the necessary models is high. However, generative AI and especially large language models allow companies to implement AI enabled applications without having to train models themselves. These applications can be developed in a short time with manageable effort and risk. The authors present an adaptation of Design Sprints that can be used to develop and test AI prototypes in a matter of days.
