Innovation Area Development Partnership (IADP)

IADP specialises in developing and managing innovation areas, including science and technology parks, industrial innovation areas, and innovation districts. The Partnership is a forum for the exchange of knowledge by means of diverse activities, lectures, and publication of articles and books.

Every year IADP members participate in the world conference of the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP). Furthermore, every year IADP visits a city or region where innovation is highly valued and that acts as an example for developments elsewhere.

IADP supports the real estate sector, knowledge institutions, businesses, governments and other organisations in the development and management of innovation areas by sharing its expertise. IADP provide consultations on feasibility studies, market research, area development, landscaping, investment and financing, ecosystem and community building and management support.
