PACT, as leader of the SRTT, aims to position Alentejo as a global reference center of innovation, through the dynamism and promotion of synergies between the academic and business ecosystem. Its mission is to:

• Boost the creation and growth of companies in Alentejo;
• Create an innovation ecosystem, attracting innovative companies with sustainable results (start-ups, universities, polytechnics, the state, companies) and consult the parties;
• Promote the scientific capacity and international ambition of the region;
• Contribute to an innovation agenda, encouraging the transfer of knowledge between the research base and innovative companies.
